Not much info on this exact reference, but a lot of similar references available on ebay for ~$750. They've all been sitting a while, so I'd say $600-$750, but closer to the lower end than the higher end due to the polish.
Looks legit, but obviously needs work for better enjoyment. It has "2000" under "Cosmic", which some of these have, but not all. I've seen both. These are now being picked up quickly when they're available for sale and I don't think it is correct (any longer) that you'll find several sitting on eBay. Fratello also featured the model in an article this year. Search "Fratello AND 166.0195", and you'll see it. I've included a picture of my watch.
