Has anyone received an Omega Extract of the Archives lately?

I ordered one back in June through the OB, and nothing but "should be here any day now"...

I have a feeling that they still didn’t recover all the services after their security incident a month ago.

I was unaware of the hack. I reached out to the OB here in NYC today to ask about an extract for a watch I'm waiting on receiving. They basically told me they're not accepting new extract orders currently. Not sure if I got an uninformed staff member or not.

Now it seems there are 5,000 Ultraman's in the archives.

Interesting. I’m dealing with the NYC boutique too.
They’ve been telling me “it has been on its way... almost here” for almost 2 months now.

I've requested two extracts thru the Omega Boutique at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles, and I was told that it would be no sooner than 3 to 4 months. I'm a patient man.

Unofficially , they got hacked and get part of the data encrypted, the OB where out of the network for almost 2 weeks , no access to the intranet to order parts, also no way to do a receipt only manual receipt , since 2 weeks the cashier as been revived but not connected

The Extranet worked fine for me for the whole time, but processing of parts ordered was slower than usual for sure.

I went back last night to confirm the order date and realize I only ordered in early July, not June.
So it is 4 months exactly so far.

My -69 Speedy was 50 years old in September so I made an EoA request 8/31/20 with the Houston OB to celebrate. Was told it could be up to 6 months before receipt; guess I'm not alone in experiencing a slow process.
