Hands for Air Ministry Omega

Hi...Recently bought a 56 Omega A M watch the old chap I bought it off had the hands replaced, said the original ones where damaged and scruffy ... could any one tell me if a pair of original ones would be available any where.. bit of a tall order I know but worth asking....Many Thanks....
