I’m rather taken by this. I like the two tone of hands and indeces and the date window at 6, and while the case looks a bit too polished it’s in overall good condition. The movement is a cal.355 and looks very clean and tidy, but... the dial looks very, very clean, perhaps too clean. I’m pretty sure it’s a redial looking at the way Seamaster is written. It just doesn’t look even enough. Also, I’m not sure what those marks are a) just in the line of the point of the 11 index, and just left of the 3. What do you think of it and what’s the maximum you’d pay for it? As always, thank you for your wise guidance.
Dial is no good, just look at the misalignment of the minute marks (around the 10 and 11 o'clock applied markers, for example). Those marks are probably damage due to re-attachment of dial feet.
A picture of mine for you to compare. Mine has been re-cased into a modern case, but everything else is original. You’ll probably get wide ranging opinions, but I won’t comment. I’m no competition for the experts.
