I got a c-cased Connie from him with a similar "sentimental" date set. 2 birthdates and a wedding date maybe. I sense a collecting pattern. 😁

The quality of the engraving is also beautiful. When it looks like it was done with a punch die set or a Dremel- pass. But this style of engraving is a lost art.

Absolutely. The engraving is about a love story, it's beautiful and it shows the date of fabrication of the watch which is very nice.

Yup, and C-case Connie- 20th Anniversary, or the birth of a child and that’s for a 21st birthday

I thought that too ... but they would have been 30 years old, which feels like a late marriage for people born that early in the 1900s.
