the GM white dial is definitely sportier/ more casual than the blue one.
the GM blue dial can do everything (in the end which watch cannot ?)

The only real way to know is to go and try them on.In 2015, I went into the shop fully convinced that I would be walking out with a PO. Hated it on the wrist. Tried on the 300m, loved it instantly, and still do.
There is no substitute for trying them on to really know which one you want.

Same here.
PO looked like a tower on my wrist.
Put on the new Speedmaster Pro, instantly fell in love. 1 year later I ended up with the Speedy.
