Just found another one with the same dial markings:

This one comes with original paperwork, but dial not as nice.

Also a much higher price.

OK, so this is the 3rd example having no dot markers, as well as different font type than all the other constellations/globemasters. Looks like the treasure trope of mystery till has no end in sight for vintage Omegas. 👍
