Have you seen women wear the new blue dial Globemaster? I wonder if the 130.30.39.21.03.001 would work out for a 16.25 mm wrist, as an everyday watch? I'm tempted to pick one up on a used marketplace for my wife; she liked it when we had her try it on at the AD, but it was a very brief encounter. Other option is a Rolex DJ, but she doesn't want a giant 41mm current version, and thinks 36mm is too small. Plus, it's a lot more expensive second hand. omega-constellation-globemaster-omega-co-axial-master-chronometer-39-mm-13030392103001-l.png
You ask: ...and then you answer it: So, she likes the watch, and she prefers the size it comes in. Seems simple, go for it! (if she values and appreciates having and wearing a nice watch). I think this is one of the most under-rated modern Omega watches.
Certainly seems durable enough for an everyday watch, and one of my favorite parts about being a woman into watches is that I'm not constrained by the size "rules" that some men feel constrain their choices.
Here’s mine on my 7.25” wrist. You may want to consider getting it on the alligator strap with deployant clasp instead of on the substantial and somewhat weighty stainless steel bracelet.
I've seen the GM on a female, and it's gorgeous! If your wife likes it, I would definitely go for it! It could easily work as an every day watch! Let us know what you decide!
Any watch would look great on women, large or small. Women's wrists are not bound by our typical convention of looking either outrages in size or being too small. Whether its a deepsea or 28mm vintage watch. No one would give it a second thought....now for some reason for men, its a lot different haha
