What are your thoughts on it? What are your concerns? Have you compared to other examples of that ref? How much is it?

Hello thanks for reply,have had a look round but dosent seem to have much to compare,as the case seems to be made in Argentina
and cannot find that case number any where,and not many cal 491 about, I am considering buying it

The dial appears original. For price comparisons you could compare to similar 18ct cursive Geneves. However, locally made cases such as this tend to be valued less than Swiss cases.
Bear in mind the good content/weight will have an impact on price.

The case was made in Argentina under license for Omega. Almost certainly original to that watch.

Overall package looks to be in nice condition.
