I think I will have a closer look at the 214270, 114270, 14060 and the new SMP.

hope I can find one for trying

How about a trip to a Watchfinder store? They’ll have a good selection to try. You could find a couple of watches online first and you could see about a part ex valuation on the SM300 60th.

You don’t have to buy but you’ll get a far better understanding of where you might want to be

I am based in Germany. So it’s a little bit tricky to find them here;-)

They have Subs? Wow. It does not look too big, IMO, just the right size I think

Go for the sub - the Explorer is too similar to the LE Seamaster.

But where on earth can you just walk into a dealer and try/buy a Submariner?!?

Sub all day out of those. Assuming it’s for sale, you’ve done jolly well to find one.

It's in Germany. I had luck. Normally they don't have one in the window

If you not so close you are right. They look similar.
Is the sub not to big. It loool a little bit big because of the case or i am wrong?

On paper, Sub is 40mm while your Seamaster is 39mm if Im not mistaken. That plus Rolex maxicase is indeed making it bigger

I hope I can try a BB 58 too. I think wearing comfort is better with Explorer. Value and holding the value with the sub.

Glückwunsch 😀 Can't remember the last time I saw a steel sports model in a shop window.

Btt the sub sits perfectly on your wrist, plus the sub most likely will retain its value better than the other two

Explorer all the way. Perfect all rounder...you can dress it up or down. And not something you see everyday. I tried one one just yesterday at my local AD and might just have to take the plunge

Mine lasted exactly 2 days on the wrist - then I was bored and went back to (neo)vintage

I am really unsure. I have to say that I find the case and the lugs to big, when I see the pictures in comparison. Maybe wait until 2019 and hope the modified the case or go with explorer or the BB 58. I don't want to burn money. So I'm looking for something that's good the value.

Looking at the availability of steel sports models in Europe at the moment, I doubt you will loose (much) money. See your point regarding the lug design though.... Good luck with your decision making, provided the Submariner is still available after the weekend.

We will see. You think the sub looks better then the Explorer? Explorer Looks great too. Just bought a Ultraman😀
So, have to think carefully about budget
