I had an e-mail from my garage, yesterday, inviting me to take a test drive in the new California T.

Now, at 52 years old, I don't think I am old enough to make the transition to a GT from a pure sports car, but in the interest of preserving the planet with a smaller engine and a turbo charger, I guess it would be rude not to take them up on their offer. :whistling: Mind you, the same e-mail offered me a test drive in the Rolls Royce Wraith, so perhaps they are trying to tell me something.

Stewart you are never too old to leave a real sports car, even if you trash your back. :( This is what turns me on. http://www.autoblog.com/2014/12/17/fiat-abarth-zagato-petrolicious-video/. That and there is a sweet Tiger for sale. That visceral feeling is it!

That Zagato is gorgeous but the Tiger sound like fun - more than a little opposite lock.

OK, so now I have someone's permission to shop. LOL my wife misses my 360. This site has serious enabling issues even beyond watches, not that it takes much. HAH. Bill

I will never forgive Chrysler for killing off this car!

1967 Sunbeam Tiger...these had a Ford 260/289 V8 under the hood. Something about a British roadster with American muscle under the hood!

OK. This is a real car. The AC Cobra was a similar take on an existing body. The kids today don't know what they missed.

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife
    And you may ask yourself
    Well...How did I get here?

    Letting the days go by
Let the water hold me down
    Letting the days go by
    Water flowing underground
    Into the blue again
    After the money's gone
    Once in a lifetime
    Water flowing underground

    And you may ask yourself
    How do I work this?
    And you may ask yourself
    Where is that large automobile?
    And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house
    And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife

    Letting the days go by
Let the water hold me down
    Letting the days go by
    Water flowing underground
    Into the blue again
    After the money's gone
    Once in a lifetime
    Water flowing underground

    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...

    Water dissolving...and water removing
There is water at the bottom of the ocean
Under the water, carry the water at the bottom of the ocean
Remove the water at the bottom of the ocean

    Letting the days go by
Let the water hold me down
    Letting the days go by
    Water flowing underground
    Into the blue again
    Into the silent water
    Under the rocks and stones
    There is water underground

    Letting the days go by
Let the water hold me down
    Letting the days go by
    Water flowing underground
    Into the blue again
    After the money's gone
    Once in a lifetime
    Water flowing underground

    And you may ask yourself
    What is that beautiful house?
    And you may ask yourself
Where does that highway go to?
    And you may ask yourself
    Am I right?...Am I wrong?
And you may say to yourself yourself
    My God!...What have I done?!

    Letting the days go by
Let the water hold me down
    Letting the days go by
    Water flowing underground
    Into the blue again
    Into the silent water
    Under the rocks and stones
    There is water underground

    Letting the days go by
Let the water hold me down
    Letting the days go by
    Water flowing underground
    Into the blue again
    After the money's gone
    Once in a lifetime
    Water flowing underground

    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Look where my hand was
    Time isn't holding up
    Time is an asterisk
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Same as it ever was...
    Yeah, the twister comes
    Here comes the twister
    Same as it ever was...

Well its not Friday, but if you can get out and blow of part of the morning on the motorbike in Canada on Christmas day its worth shouting about.

and the roads were soooo empty.... 100kph along the lakeshore! (picture of "Donkeybike" taken a while ago but you get the idea)
