I am relieved to see that one of the straps has finally arrived. Great cause! Nice watch! Trying NATO with pig skin for the first time. Quicker to make than regular straps, but since it’s my first one I am spending a lot of time measuring, calculating, and trying to figure out how it will fit. I already see flaws in this one. It is not done yet.,,
Practice makes perfect - Love this!

This is my first try at these. Number 1 took a while, the others were quicker. They are super soft. The light coloured ones are from a piece of (pig?) leather from an antique store many years ago. It looked rather plain, so I burnished it a bit. Gives it that worn look. The dark leather is a piece left over from a bag that I made last year. Nicest leather I’ve worked with. This side of leather was bought new. Two are 20 mm, two are 18s.

Send me a PM.

Consider a donation to your favourite cause.

Post the strap on a watch when you get it.

I hope you like it!

It looks like I'm the lucky recipient of number 3. Thank you very much Duracuir1!

I can't wait to try it on my 9k Dennison case 30T2.

I am disappointed that only a few people have received their straps. Sent them the cheapest way from Canada. The latest batch are going as parcels instead of letters. I hope that will be quicker.

My last project before returning to work. A bicycle bag (inspired by Brooks).

Attached is a pic of the last straps, ready to ship, and the bag, my first.

The Brooks saddle is also impressive. I had one on a Raleigh Grand Prix back in the 1980's that was stolen with my bike. I was more upset about losing the saddle than I was about the he rest of the bike.

I’m sorry. I think I gave you my office address. Haven’t been into the office in a couple of weeks since someone came down with COVID and we all had to re-quarantine for 2 additional weeks.

I should be popping in next week. I suspect that it will be there.

Love the one-piece strap on that LeJour(correction- whatever that sassy polychrome watch is) 😉
