Forstner flat link on a 105.002

Friends and fellow collectors,

Because it's difficult to find a good 7912 bracelet with the correct no. 6 end links, I'm thinking about getting a 19MM Forstner flat link for my '63 105.002.

Now I have a few questions about how this bracelet fits on the case; does the FOIS version fit properly?
Is there anyone who has used this bracelet before?
Are there any photographs around?

Any help would be highly appreciated!

I’ve found some links on this topic which really help me. Also, many thanks for your help. It seems that the bracelet does fit but sometimes needs a little work to make it a perfect fit.

It’s a much nicer bracelet to wear than the 7912, I’ll say that.

So’s a bicycle chain mind you.

Haha, finding a proper 7912 turns out to be a task in and of itself.
As a result, I believe the Forstner FL is a suitable replacement.
Because I believe they are more attractive than the US bracelets
