Amazing just ordered 2 of them ! I had to undergo some surgery on my original JB to make it fit my wrist, thanks for offering a smaller version :D
As mentioned above it fits really well the Bulova Accutron Astronaut as used during the early Space Program !

Speaking of, what does the group think of a wider mesh version? The narrower one is classic, but an 18mm version might look good too. Thoughts?[/QUOTE]

I think 18mm with 22mm endlinks to fit the early Navitimers would be a great product

Neat pairing idea! I think it would look really cool with the Navitimer. Leaning towards adding an 18mm mesh.

Just pre-ordered. Very nice idea to bring them back. Could not spend that kind of money on vintage.

Jeeez man, it is a good idea to read before pushing “buy” What if the description had said “by the way the bracelet will be wrapped in a giant turd which you will have to unwrap with your fingers”

I'll throw my dream re-issue JB out there for future consideration.

I love what you are doing and applaud the effort. I ordered one and look forward to its arrival.

If I could make a modern incarnation of the bracelet I would create a new end piece created in the same style but eliminating the expandable end pieces. I would love to see an end piece that closes out all the gaps. I would bring the end piece all the way to the case and close that gap as well. The solid end piece would eliminate the all the troublesome moving parts and fit the case more precisely. It would also eliminate the outward pressure exerted on the inside of the lugs that concerns people the most about these bracelets.

EDIT - Actually a two piece bracelet that fits together more along the way the Omega and Rolex bracelets do. Two piece with the spring bar running through both.

    I can only dream...

I think if you keep listening to us for feedback you are going to find yourself making 25 different variations on the theme. I’m sure you have already committed to a design, but i think the suggestion from @TLIGuy is very clever- having the endlinks be detachable, so you could do one bracelet and multiple endlinks (strait, 16-20 sprung, horn lugged spring, horn lugged fixed 19 for vintage Speedy, fixed 20 for modern speedy). If having the connection point at the spring bar is problematic, a lower screw-in bar could provide the endlinks attachment point. Having a full compliment of endlinks and one bracelet would allow you to fit them to any watch you want. Of course that means less bracelet sales if you want to produce that many variations ;)

I love it. Plus, they should be numbered. Then, when they get lost, our kids will enjoy the hunt for them in 50 years like we lust after the no. 6's. Hey, they gotta have a little fun too...

Personally, I think the JB champion bracelet look undersized on a speedy, but just right on the Accutron Astronaut!

Absolutely - vintage works, but I’d like to see it without gaps

Another vote for the 18mm with 22mm+ endlinks for Navitimers, and even Airman (40mm) re-editions

Easy enough for those in the US, but not so much if overseas.
