Reflection on Gasly's terrible performance so far for the year. He's been nowhere not even consistently finishing 6th or better when his car alone should get him to 6th.

Not sure if that is a reflection on McLaren's performance or Gasly's. That Gasly could have secured Max's victory today if he had been competitive enough to block Lewis for a few laps has got to hurt at the Red Bull camp.

I don’t understand how Gasly still has his seat even midway through the season. Kyvat seems like a better option at this point

Well, Horner stating there will be no team changes lasted about a week.
ALB to RB.

Hope no one has GAS in their Fantasy F1 team.

Marko must really have a grudge against the Torpedo to not promote him. If promoting Gasly after a year was too early imagine promoting someone now after half a season.

Well, maybe RB will revolve KVY through as well by the end of the season, since his stats seem to be holding up currently.
I'll wait and see how Horner confirms no more changes at SPA to place a bet on when.

That's a nice call! Hopefully redbull can compeat for the championship after the summer break

Hi all
This really makes no sense to me at all as much as I like Albon he really doesn't have the experience for the move up to RB at this time and the added pressure that it brings IMO. I think Kvyat has shown he is a much improved driver since his return to F1 and has shown a new found maturity in the way he drives and handles himself and really should of been given the move up to RB over Albon IMO as being the better choice and better able to handle all it requires of a driver. It will be interesting to see just what happens now in the second half of the championship

More than wether Albon is the right choice or not, which I think remains to be seen, I think his promotion questions what possible future there can be for Gasly and Kvyat?

Unless Albon is a disaster there is no room for progress for either driver in the current program.

Please get rid of France. If not then change the track layout. The current circuit layout is terrible as is.

It will be so boring, I hope Verstappen can fight a bit and create some tension.

So where does that leave Hulkenberg? Not many options, if any?

Possibly Haas. He and Ocon were being considered for the drive along side K Mag.
