Former unidentified Omega. Need help.

Bonjour,
quelqu’un peut-il me dire s’il connaît cet Omega ?
Venant de la famille par un grand-parent, ça marche.
Cependant, je ne trouve aucune ressource sur ce modèle.
Quel est son nombre d’années ?
Les aiguilles « cathédrale » me font penser qu’il est vieux.
Cependant, les cornes semblent plus présentes.
Et puis ce détail sous le logo Omega « Fab Suisse » en français : la fabrication suisse. Tout cela me laisse perplexe quant à ce modèle.
Avez-vous des pistes ?

What is his number of years?

Need to remove the back to see the movement and serial number on back and to see if genuine case.

It appears there’s a small gap behind the upper left lug between mid case and back. If not sure. Take to a watch maker and have him do it. Take pictures.
