Putting this Seamaster 1000m up for sale because it's way too heavy for my wrists.
I acquired the case recently and had it put together with a eBay purchased 1002 movement and Omega service Dial/Hands. Movement was serviced by my watchmaker.
I understand the crown was originally on the 9o'clock side but I haven't had the time to find a properly aligned date disk.
Watch is running great, was spot on timing wise after 5 days. Passed normal waterproofing test but certainly not certified for 1000m depth.
Case condition is excellent, original radial finish untouched. There is a dent at the 2oclock (10minute) marker on the bezel and a faint scratch at 6 o'clock on the case. See pictures for details.
Asking price is 5000USD or best offer, shipping to US or Canada. Payment via PayPal or Wire Transfer.
I could potentially find a modern omega mesh bracelet for it at an additional cost. Please inquire if interested.
