Just checking, good to hear. I have a US in 19mm so was curious about the fit. Mine is on another watch, pictured earlier, but will try it on the FOIS before too long. It does look good.

I am actually purchasing this model for many reasons, 39.7 mm will fit better with my chicken wrist. Do you think than a full set great condition one for 3.9 k euros looks like a good deal ? There is an heavy demand on this model since we know it is discontinues.

I was happy to buy a FOiS today at a OB, maybe one of the last. I like the size because 42 mm sometimes look a bit disproportionate on my wrist.
The quality is close to the 321 in my opinion. Maybe I can post some macros in the next days to compare both watches side by side.

If you have a 321 and the fois maybe we can finally get confirmation of whether the 321 bracelet can be successfully mounted on the fois.

100% confirmed discontinued. You might find one in stock somewhere but there will be no more delivered.

My advices:
Get one of the very last ones ASAP.
Buy Forstner or Uncle Seiko bracelets.

Great configuration nico the first one is better to me for a more retro look. I prefer in a certain way leather strap on this one, the little size of the case and alpha hands give it a more dressy look than the profesionnal.

I appreciate both options, and the ease of switching between them.

I've also got a few C&C Chevron straps I swap on now and then -- Fifty Eight and a grey weave, and they're also super-comfortable, while the single-pass layout helps with the case back medallion, for those who find it adding some pressure.

There are a handful still available at Canadian ADs, but then that's it, I imagine.

I now had time to do some macros for both watches.
To make it quick: the milky ring of the sapphire crystal is distinctly thick on the FOiS.
The color of the FOiS dial is significantly darker towards black and looks a bit shiny. the surface is a little rougher and the print a little thicker. the radial rings of the subdials are less prominent than the ones of the 321. the bevels of the case are sharper on the FOIS, and on the 321 they are smoothly ground like a baby's bottom. The finish of the caseband is compared to the 321 a bit less fine. The ceramic bezel of the 321 has a different „printing“ quality but the aluminium bezel looks also very nice.
I do not have the opportunity to meassure the width between the lugs but it seems as the lugs of the FOiS are a little bit wider.
I don‘t want to change the bracelet of the 321 to the FOiS because I am afraid of scratches so I have to apologize the poor pictures to compare the lugs.
Overall I like both watches very much and they have found a cozy place in my Omega watchbox. have a little rum watching the pictures.

And that's the main reason why it has been discontinued, in my opinion, and neither won't be a FOIS updated with 3861.
