Maybe... As long as Omega does not care carrying inventories on its books. I seriously doubt it would sell well if it is unlimited and/or in precious metal. The moonshine is one of the nicest releases over the last decade, but its price tag is, imho, too high for the brand, in the current economic environment in particular. So let’s hope Omega sticks to a truly limited version in steel.

I personally disagree, the moonshine 50th was very well priced compared to similar from other brands however has so much more going for it, unmatched history, new movement, new gold alloy, perfect design execution.
Compared to other gold in omega own catalogue it was well priced (remember it has a full gold bracelet).
You know in this current economic environment gold’s up since last year like 40%.
I think it’s ideal omega produce both a steel and a seperate gold for these realises.

Hey OF,

looking at my 50th Monnshine and seeing some original BAs at Chrono24, I am thinking:

-> Will it be possible to change the Saphire Cristal to a Hesalit at my Monnshine Speedy? <-

Maybe a bit unthinkable for some of you, but I want to know if and how…and depending
on these Infos, decide if I am going to do or leave it like it is. What will the result look like?

Can someone answer this question in detail?

I was told for an 1861 that it wasn't a straight forward swap because the case needs to be modified to get it to fit. I would imagine same goes for the moonshine.
