Flightmaster dial and repair

I have a flightmaster, I believe a 145.036 from late 70’s. It needs to go in for a service and repair here in UK so will likely use STS.

I have some thoughts but wouldn’t mind the views of those that know well. What do you think of the watch, particularly the dial. If sending to the workshop, should i have the dial replaced or source an alternative vintage replacement? The ‘patina’ is actually growing on me so could be tempted to leave. What do you guys think?

Also, what about the hands? Did the blue hand ever have a black infill, or has the white just dropped out?

And then lastly the case, I assume leave as it is would be preferable?

Appreciate your thoughts.

I think this may be one of those rare occasions where you should send the watch back to Omega Bienne and at least get a quote on a factory refurbishment. Omega may still have dials, hands and pushers for this model.

people have different thresholds but although originality is key, condition is up there as well. Although some ageing and patina is attractive I’d agree with @gatorcpa here. The watch would give me little joy in its current state so I’d consider a full refurb.
STS may well be able to provide this for without it having to go back to HQ
