Fitting an OEM rubber strap to an older Aqua Terra?

I've got the 38mm Aqua Terra in blue and love the rubber strap/deployant setup (19mm lug width):
I saw this listing showing what looks like an original Omega rubber setup on the old 2503 model, here's mine:
I've reached out to Abdul Fawaz to ask if the listed watch is using original parts/how it fits but he hasn't gotten back to me.

If I order the 20mm setup from the 41mm aqua terra (the bigger version of my blue watch) will it bolt right onto the first gen aqua terra?

Update on this - borrowed a friend’s 20mm rubber setup from his small seconds at 6, light blue dial Aqua Terra for a test fit.

It fits, but the spring bars require a little bit of.. encouragement.. to lock the second pin into place one the first side is in.
It’s certainly not designed to fit this case. The first time I did it it took around 20 minutes, I repeated the process a few times to make sure I wasn't crazy and I got pretty good at getting it on.

If you twirl the spring bar around in your fingers after you do this you will see that they are ever so slightly bent just a couple of degrees because the pin holes of the old watch are closer (probably less than 1mm) to the case than the newer watch.
HOWEVER, all pins seat solidly and fully into the case, I really tried to make the strap fail and it's solidly seated.

I went to my local OB (King of Prussia) and ordered my own set, in black. They were amazing to work with as always.
I think the dark blue would be nice too but I already have the dark blue on my newer one.

Parts -
2x Decoration Steel - 00189STZ007497 - $93 each
1x Buckle Steel DPL 1 Catch 18mm - 094521833 - $290
1x Rubber 220 20 x 18S Black DPL (went with the short one) - 0032CVZ007656 - $290

Haven't been wearing this watch much over the last few years, the new setup brings some new life to it and I will be reaching for it a lot more now.

Those spring bars are likely too long. You need 068ST2207 or 068ST2206.

Those lugs looks half destroyed. Get yourself a roll of kapton tape to protect them when changing straps.

For the spring bars, I actually reused the ones that came with the watch.

The watch is like 20 years old at this point and has seen a lot of hard use and strap changes. I used to tape the lugs etc but it doesn’t bother me much any more. And FWIW it looks worse in the pics 👍🏽

I have this exact setup on my 2503. I like the way the black strap and black dial work together. It is also ridiculously comfortable.
