First Time Watch Buyer - Need Some Help

Hi All,

Noob and soon to be first time watch owner (hopefully) here. Have been lurking on this site for 2-3 years and have finally made the decision to pull the trigger on something. I am actually considering two watches that are for sale here on the forum:

My questions are:

-All things considered, which would y'all go with and why? I think i'm leaning towards making an offer on the first one since: 1) it has all the boxes/papers, etc 2) is very new, and 3) has a seemingly more reputable seller (not sure if this is true but it seems like it).
