[...]Have you had your watch pressure tested?

Nope, I do not use it in wet conditions, have some other Omegas for damp weather. Maybe it's a good idea to do it.

Not too bad..... the anti reflective coating gives a very clear view of the movement 馃槑

Mine had a very minuscule fleck of dust between the crystal and seal, but I removed the crystal, removed the dust and reseated the crystal.

After fitting the caseback, I then pressure tested the case to 3 bar and no problem with any leaks 馃憤

These may very well be the most beautiful photographs I've ever laid eyes upon. Thank you for that.

Dear Colleagues!
I am bringing back this topic again hoping that maybe you will help me 馃榾
Soon I will be getting the Tokyo 2020 Speedy, blue reversed panda version shown on attached photos.

I have reached out to spiral winder, with whom I did my previous FOIS modification and this is the reply I have received: "We are confident that the caseback will not fit the Tokyo 2020 Speedmasters. Some of our customers have already attempted to fit both the 3861 and standard Speedmaster casebacks to the Tokyo editions, with no success."

Would you have any idea why? Do you maybe have some alternative ideas where to go, what to buy, so that I can replace closed casebook with see-through one, which I strongly prefer...

Yup

some of the special editions have the new NIAD lock casebacks which make sure the caseback perfectly aligns.

this is a different type of threading then non limited edition models.
I鈥檓 think the first Speedy Tuesday was the first to feature it.

The casebacks on the Tokyo 2020's, and ST1 and ST2, are not NAIAD designs. I have two Tokyo's, and both ST's, and none of the backs are aligned, they are like all Speedmasters, random alignment when installed and properly torqued. The Snoopy 50th and Apollo 11 50th are NAIAD designed and marked as such on the caseback. If it isn't marked "NAIAD LOCK" on the back it isn't NAIAD. Not sure why an aftermarket sapphire caseback won't fit on a Tokyo 2020, but it has nothing to do with NAIAD design.

Thanx for your replies. So it remains mistery. I am trying to reach out the guys from Custom Watch Concepts, probably will try to order and if it does not work - return. But it is so difficult for me to understand what could be the problem.
