·Hi guys,
New member here; thought I’d join the forum as I finally took the plunge and got myself a 3861.
I’ve had a switch up in the collection after getting burnt out with Rolex sports watches- I’m sick to the back teeth of them.
I’ve had my eye on a few Omega’s in the past AT, 300m etc but always held back as I wasn’t 100% happy with design of them. Little niggles like He valve etc stopped me.
Initially decided that if I got a 321 Ed White then I would scratch my Omega itch and have a one and done. Obviously they don’t seem to be appearing anytime soon so I went to the AD and picked up the 3861 sapphire.
Haven’t taken it off for over a week now, really pleased with it. Wears comfortable and by far the most legible watch I have ever owned.
Feel like this could grow into being a great companion, maybe even the start of an Omega fan boy who knows 😉
