I owned a vintage Seamaster in the past and a Seiko mini turtle but had to sell them along with other personal items in order to help fund my first home purchase which ive been saving for since I finished university 6 years ago. The first few days of owning this I did not feel right, due to the cost/my mentality of always being in save $ mode, but now those feelings are gone and feel like I can it fully enjoy it!! cannot stop looking at this thing!!!
Congratulations... it's a beauty. I commend your desire and ability to set aside funds for a home purchase, when so many others in your age group, I'm thinking mid to late 20s, it's the furthest goal from their minds. You also, obviously, are aware that watches have value and some if not all of that value can be recovered. Wear in good health and prosperity.
Great choice, sir! I preferred the rubber strap, but that looks really good. Mine is my pride and joy now!
Wear in good health OP! This watch is amazing. I returned mine as it was too big for me and I couldn't get comfortable with it but I couldn't stop looking at it either!
‘Beautiful watch. My first “luxury” watch was an ancestor of this from a nearly a decade ago and I still love it. I hope you enjoy yours as much and for how long I’ve enjoyed mine so far.
