First Constellation Purchase - need help

Hi All,

I am looking to purchase my first pie pan constellation: I have come across (what seems to be) a good condition gold capped piece, and was hoping I could get a few insights as to whether this looks to be fully original and not a refinished dial?

The crown is a replacement, however the seller is claiming all else is fully original.

Thank you for the help!

It's so annoying that sellers can't post a single photo with an unobscured dial. That said, I'm not seeing any obvious problems except for the crown, it looks like a nice watch at first glance.

It comes to something nowadays when you’re relieved to open a thread and find a genuine watch.

Hah, glad I'm not the only one 😁 We've seen so many ugly constellations lately I was preparing myself. BUT, from everything I can see, this one is pretty good. Case is in nice shape, dial looks good(from what we can see), and hands are about right.

Crown is wrong, but otherwise I'd pay mid-2ks for it all day.
