Thoughts on Constellation purchase

Hello all.

Looking for thoughts and advice on authenticity of this Constellation ref 14902. Everything seems to check out, but I’m a real newbie with Connie’s.

Obvious new crown required and rust at the lugs. Am I missing anything else?

There’s a reasonable chance that’s just grime on the lugs.
Depends on price.
