I definitly love this apollo 15...
Thanks for the vote! I have to say, it's a rare vote for the apollo 15. However, having said that, this might be one of the rare cases where majority does not win. Regardless, the trigger has been pulled, and hopefully if all goes well, she'll be on my wrist by tomorrow evening. Stay tuned for pics!

Well guys, she's finally here, and I have to say, I am absolutely over the moon with my decision. The brown dial, the sedna gold, beautiful titanium case, uhh I'm about to climax in my boxers!
I cannot thank u guys enough for all the votes and suggestions. As always, you guys are there to help with difficult decisions. I really appreciate it.
The end decision was a bit anti climactic because majority won, but I might just end up buying the scott worden too 😁
Thank you ever so much once again, for all the help and advice. Viva la omegaforums! (full disclosure, I dunno if I got that expression right 🤦)

Great choice on the Apollo 11!
IMHO, it’s More understated, and a beauty that can be appreciated even after a loooong period of time.

Love the Apollo 11 too, is the NATO thicker than the standard one that comes with the Pro? Always looks to to be in pictures.

Yup it is thicker for sure, feels pretty premium imo. It has a leather backing on the underside that makes it super comfortable to wear as well. Oh man I'm so glad I got it.

Sounds even better, thanks

The Apollo 11 for me. It is different then the norm, and quite sticking. The other is too easy to confuse for a Daytona from a distance.
BTW, it’s “quite striking”.

Sihh 2019 was quite disappointing to be honest. From Audemars Piguets' latest shenanigans with the code whatever the f***, to Richard Milles' candy ass bs. This has only solidified my love for omegas further.

I'm thinking real hard for my first purchase of 2019, and as usual, I turn to the expert advise of my fellow omegaforum members to help with the decision. I am totally town between these two pieces. The apollo 11 or the Scott Worden apollo.

1969 pieces vs 1971 pieces. Sedna gold vs red gold. Nato strap vs steel bracelet. Hesalite vs sapphire. I'm tearing my hair out! There also is the obvious issue of price. One is a bit higher in price than the other. I have found sellers for both the Scott Worden and the apollo 11, and there is a price difference of around 3000usd between the 2. Despite the price difference, both watches are being offered at very reasonable prices. It really is a matter of which one to go for. The condition of the apollo 11 is much better than the Scott Worden too.

Arghhh the decision is too hard for me to make. I humbly ask, if you guys were to pick one, which would you pick and why? Goes without saying that any input would be immensely appreciated.
I like the Boren and hesalite , different enough from the majority of what you probably own , and to be honest , you’d be amazed how much brown you wear.

For me the Apollo 11, stunning dial. The other seems to much „shiny“. Good Luck with you decision
