It is impossible for anyone to say for sure from a photograph so we could well be wrong about your dial, our comments are only informed opinions. In my opinion watchmakers are not always the best judge of re lumes - experienced, model specific collectors are.

I fully agree
- maybe watchmakers are not the best judges - even though a wachmaker who is able to do great relumes (and mine is) is surely able to tell if a dial is genuine or not based on what he see with his loupe much better than what others can say from a pic
- experienced, model specific collectors are - in fact the seller of my seamaster is not a watchseller or a watchmaker but a collector and specific model (seamaster, not every vintage omegas) expert, acknowledged in forums worldwide so I trust him.
Anyway that's enough to me to fully enjoy my watch without doubts about its full genuinity

P.S. probably I misunderstood about the "device" as he was talking about something to correctly place the dial
