with the 2500D & absolutely love wearing it. This would be my 2nd SM after selling a 2531 last year. The watch itself is extremely accurate at -1+1 spd it reads & goes into weekly rotation of a 16710 along with a 16520. The Omega breaks the other 2 apart nicely I must admit. I don’t see too many of these for sale over the course of the year and surprised they are still reasonably priced watches. Here is a quick pic & if anyone else world like to share theirs post em up !

Every time I see a post of one of these, I am so tempted to go out looking for one. I should really do it sooner than latter, before everyone else realizes how nice they are.

Congrats also very easy to do and I believe Otto Frei might have them but buy the orange bezel. When I have my PO had the black and orange bezel could pop it off and on within a minute. 2 great looks one watch!

A classic watch which is nice and (relatively) thin. Great pick up. It’s also on my want list.

Have had my 2500 for over 11 years and it's on my wrist 95% of the time, still. It's the one to own. Still like the 8500 but it's not worn as much as it should be

I found a NOS one from 2008 at last years NAWCC national meet in Springfield, at a screaming good price. No warranty card, but everything else. I keep it in wearing rotation. I think the 2201 is the perfect size for this watch and agree it seems to be under the radar in value, for now.

Great catch! I started off looking for one of these and ended up with a clean fullset PO LM LE (oops). A clean 2500D fullset is still top 5 on the list.

My favourite PO I think, at least in pictures. Have tried several current models but have found them all too big/thick for me. What's the bezel action like on these?

The bezel is stiffer, but I think is more precise (less play). I prefer it to the bezel that was on my 8500 PO. Been wearing my 2500c almost everyday since I bought it NOS earlier this year. Its definitely not NOS anymore😉

This watch sits perfectly on my average wrist. The thickness of the 8500 was a turn-off for me when I tried it on

I love it! I sold mine to help fund a 300mc and while I made the right choice, I still miss it.
