·My Aqua Terra 2503.80 (39.2 mm, blue dial, 2500b) stopped working a few weeks ago. I'm the second owner, and it's never been touched, so I dropped it off at the OB to get factory service. They estimated eight weeks; it took just over four. It looks and runs great.
I'm posting about this partly because there are some horror stories about Omega service turnaround times on the forums, and maybe this is a sign that things are improving. But I also read a lot about how unreliable and terrible the 2500b movement is supposed to be. Mine was made about 13 years ago. It had never been serviced before, and the case had never even been opened for regulation. It's run perfectly since I acquired it, and did so until the day it stopped.
Not bad for a movement most people try to avoid...
