·Found this in my grandmother’s house. Was wondering if it’s a fake. Would also like to know how to set the time on it as I can only set the day.

·Definitely a fake. If you can set the 'date' by spinning the crown, you should be able to pull the crown out 1 more stop to get to time-set mode. Not an immediately recognizable movement to me, so I can't be more helpfu; than that.
