·Hello, I am pretty new to this hobby but have a few Seikos. I am looking to get an Omega and found this vintage one:

The seller did not even know the model, has no certificate, etc.
Looks like a Constellation 168.017 to me, I need help figuring out if it's fake or not, and if it isn't, how much should I pay for it? (He is asking for about $450), which seems like a low price but maybe he doesn't know the value of it.
