The rotor is conveniently covering the part of the movement where it is easiest to determine if it is real or fake. Ask for another picture with the rotor moved 180 degrees. If they refuse, walk away. If they give you the picture, compare to pictures of the real movement. If the movement is real, the watch is real, and vice versa.
