Fake or Legit Omega Vintage!! please help!!

Is this omega real?

I wonder, because Omega Database picturehas a different dial and it is only gold plated.

The seller tells me, it is solid 18k 0,750 and solid an all legit.

The reference is 111.0140

I think I see a hallmark so the 18k may be legit. The only way to know for sure is to get photos of the reference number and movement. The OVD isn't 100% accurate and there were a bunch of different dials.

Yes, as you said in the OP. It's more for confirmation than anything else.

Gold plated versions usually have stainless steel backs. Yours has a hallmarked gold back, so I'd guess the whole case is gold.
The vintage database is full of inconsistancies.
