Fake or just unique pie-pan?

Hi,

I am very new to vintage constellations and have read many of the excellent blogspot posts from Desmond surrounding fake constellations but am a little stuck. Have come across a 168.005 for what seems like a good deal but it has a couple of details that seem like red flags - can anyone confirm so I don't miss out if it happens to be legit?

To me the case looks good but the capitalized non cursive CONSTELLATION text (I can't find another example that has this) and lack of a "swiss made" suggests a fake dial? I understand the photos aren't great but all I have to work with.

Any advice (or if you're selling a known good silver date 168.005) is greatly appreciated!

I concur and want to add:
movement parts with different colours of plating is a sign that there have been parts replaced - would put me off
