Extract of Archives "5 Working days" Maybe not

Dear all,

I was wondering if anyone else is having the same waiting time as myself. I have ordered an extract on the 1st November.
Still nothing and says processing on the website. I have wrote them via the contact us form 2 times and no response either. Are they on a early xmas holidays or anyone else experiencing the same delays.

My extract is form an 80's Speedmaster so is not that old I think... Probably wrong...

Not even 2 weeks has passed and you expect to have a response? 🤦 I know Omega has been quicker since the change but I would not be surprised if it took a month to get a response.

No offence but that is what they promise, get a digital copy of the extract in a matter of 5 working days:

I ordered one in the middle of October and got an electronic version in 2 or 3 days

Yes I actually would expect it within 5 working days.
Otherwise they can put 30 days and if I get it in 5 days then I’m a very happy costumer.
And I know it the Terms it says about 30 days or they will communicate with options for the delay.

I know a few people that got theirs in 5 or less days, this is why I created the thread. But I guess the workload has increased so it will take more time.
Happy to wait not complaining just wanted to know if I’m alone in the wait. Apparently not 😀

The first time it took them almost 2 months to get me an update that my certificate was getting send to me. The second time it was 1 month, so I was quite happy. 5 days would be sweet.

Ah, missed the part where they actually say 5 days, sorry.

Sorry to hear!
I can see now that they do not follow order dates, since you ordered yours on the 11 Nov and I ordered mine on the 1st.

Hope no news is good news....
