·You can find them new sealed on eBay or quite often in forum sale sections.

If you have a watchmaker with an Omega parts account he can order them.
If I buy a watch short links its usually not an issue as my wrist is about 6.9 in BUT I still try to buy extra links as it will make it a quicker/easier sale when I want to move it.
