·Hi all, perhaps many will find my thread naive or stupid, but I felt in conffidence to ask you for your comments to help me atenuate my " Purist" critisism of my own 145 012 67.
I bought it a year ago for $5K and it has everything I looked for ( very well preserved bezel with dot over nine, original stepdial, brownish indexes, correct time period arrows, correct crown and pushers, and a nice original Mexican Holzer Bracelet ) BUT it has two things that I can't fully oversee.
A) The case was correct polished respecting all facets, shape and brushed parts, no deformation at all....but I would have loved to find it unpolished.
B) The Seconds subdial arrow is original but has a minimum Drop of paint that only can be seen under loupe, but it bothers me that some one tried to erase some rust dots.
I understand that for a 60 year old watch this may be minimal annoyances.....but perhaps I have over read reviews and became too picky and that is kind of stopping me to fully appreciate and enjoy my watch.
Pelase excuse me this kind of " problems" but I wanted to share them with other enthusiasts, in faith of having fresh and better points of view than my picky and tricky mind.
