··Pratts! Will I B******S!!!There are dozens and dozens of brands that existed in the halcyon days of mechanical watches before the quartz crisis. Many of them contain the same movements & dials as better known brands. And some are cheaply made crap.
Nothing wrong with appreciating them for what they are, but even the best-made won't command the pricing or desirability of better known brands.
If you like them and the price is right, I say go for it. 👍

This means, of course, that you can buy a good quality mechanical watch for less than $200 and wear it every day without fear. Five seconds a day is five seconds a day whether it's from a Waltham or an Omega.
