Up for your consideration is my sparkly Eterna-Matic 1000 with a gold capped case in excellent condition.
Eterna-Matic, in my opinion, is one of the premier brands of the 1950s and 1960s, and this example showcases that all too well. The case is sharp enough to double as a razor, as can be seen in the catalog below (no. 38, same model but in steel and with a slightly different dial).
The dimensions are 35mm in diameter, 38mm in length and 9mm in height. Please refer to the video below for a good representation of the watch.
Furthermore, the finishing of the dial furniture and hands is up there, as you'd expect. The outer minute track creates a great sense of depth and the detailed hour markers make for great legibility.
The package is all original, including the crystal and the crown, which should be in stainless steel.
The watch houses a beautiful cal. 1488k movement with functioning date quick-set. It runs fairly accurate but with low amplitude.
The gasket is intact.
