Yes it’s the Phillips steel from 2019. Never heard of it being called the Halloween before, but I like that nickname and will borrow it

·Small correction for that page, instead of 69 of each being made, the gold John Player Special was limited to 20 pieces and the Halloween 49 pieces.
Reminds me of the grail one-off Lapis in Platinum.
Shows again how Zenith were ahead of the curve using stone dial before the current hype.
