Hi, on an italian watch forum a private seller is selling a Zenith A386. He says that the case is Mk l. The serial number on the case back is 539D... and inside no Spillman number : correct. A question. The case has groove on the lugs. What do you think? Thanks.

Yes I think it is the same: from New Zealand, service hands and crown, groove on lugs but type A caseback (according LouS). The price is different: 15.500 euros.
The case does not look right for Mark I. Here's mine for comparison, no real groove on the lug, just an edge where lug meets bezel. image by Jim W., on Flickr
