·I already have had the conversation with my lady (she hates it when I joke about it), but I have outlined who to call about the watch collection, the gun collection, the stereo collection, the camera collection...
Best thing you can do it deal with it while you’re still here and not leave that for the family to deal with (except pieces you know they want or are heirlooms). I had to clear out the house of my ex-boss (like a father) with his two sons after he died and it took us weeks of sifting, 2 roll-away dumpsters, and they only wanted a few family mementos- we had to broker off his lantern slides, stereographs, book collection....it was a nightmare. I did keep the good stuff from the stereograph and lantern slide collection though...but now I have to deal with it!!
