Omega Men's Seamaster Planet Ocean Custom GMT Automatic Watch 23290442203-007. Condition is Seller refurbished. Has been modified by master watch designer and Swiss manufacturer with newer upgraded Swiss engine that will last for years. Super clean watch. It did need a couple of parts that were assembled on the frame by a watch master to retain it original feel and look. Watch does need polished as I have had it placed in a demo case.

English is not my first language, but I think this description translates like this:
So I had many fake spare parts in a watch box, instead putting them in a waste bin I decided to put them all together. Unfortunately, I had no bezel but hey! that shouldn't be the blocker in any instance! so I just installed a fake Rolex bezel and here is comes - your custom made Planet ocean watch.

I took a look at the auction and asked myself, WTH? Glad to know I'm not alone and not 'seeing things'... Gave me a morning chuckle. I'll flag it to eBay too.

Report it as fake. Just look at the date window and AML.

They say it was put in a demo case. I've seen stripped watches with none of the internals present described as demonstrators or samples. Apparently a non functioning watch intended only for display in a jewelers case. If stolen the thief gets very little of value.
These are sometimes advertised as a method of restoring a beat up watch to original appearance.
So its a franken at best.

Look again. That’s not what it is. Dial is wrong in multiple ways, and it’s missing some important case marks.

Yet no picture of this upgraded engine. Probably a $10 quartz.

If it looks cheaply finished and out of proportion its a fake. I’m not even into these and this one screams fake. The scary ones these days are the watches that are the opposite of this. Almost perfect copies that you need a loupe or high res pictures to detect.

Look at the location of the helium valve. Always easy to see there.
