But did anyone notice that the "SWISS MADE" on current dials looks different from that on the official OMEGA website? I'm not sure if even the outer scale has been modified, it appears slightly smaller on the current version.

The convex shape of the Hesalite crystal causes distortion and magnification around the circumference of the crystal, and the look may vary depending on the angle you view the dial from.

Those images on the website are at least 5 years old and predate the caseback change. Dial variations exist due to updates in the mfg processes. Also a lot of those pictures on the website are actually renders.
