Earlier redial?

So I came across this mightily attractive Omega but the seller stated that it is possibly a refinished dial. And while I've had my fair share of Omegas, this one is a bit of a mystery to me. My conclusion so far though is that it is an earlier redial from the 60s since the Omega logo itself looks a lot closer to early 60s variants rather than the 40s stocky logo that I am familiar with. Your thoughts?

I'd be more concerned with what the movement looks like with the damage around the edge of the dial.

Movement looks fine imho, though I will have my watchmaker inspect and service it if needed as I always opt to do.

Well I've scoured some places and found three with the same dial, and two of the sellers assure me that the dials are original. If these aren't original then I'm guessing these are service dials. Any more input before I bite the bullet?
