MINTY! 😁

Sorry, I love puns. Actually that's one I haven't seen often, and the dial is in amazing shape.

From L to R, top: Automatic Date, and two Automatic Day-Date's
bottom: Manual no date x 2, Manual Date.

I used to have a few more, but sold a few and just kept the ones I liked most.

Fabulous examples!
We are building a great resource now

Do they all have marked crowns as I see quite a few with unmarked that look period?
Any thoughts from the forum?

They all have Omega logo crowns. Not sure I've seen a genuine Omega unmarked crown on a Dynamic mk 1.

look as this two (1st dynamic), similar design and case (with applied markers)
but reversed in some characteristics:

- hands color
- dial (manual is sunken, compared to normal auto dial)
- dater (manual none, auto with date)
- submarking (ony automatic printed)

Dear All,
On the topic of the straps for Dynamic watches :
When I got this Dynamic, she was fitted with an original Corfam strap in very good shape, here it is

The corfam artificial leather material was not very successful for DuPont .. I believe they were hoping to get the market of the shoes production, but it did not work out ! The production of Corfam material ended in 1971.
The corfam strap is OK but, in my opinion, somehow not on par with the leather !

Thus sometimes thereafter Omega, I suppose, ran out of corfam straps, and produced leather straps for their Dynamic
Here is such a service leather strap from Omega .. very expensive strap !

Even though the above straps were not weared out, I looked for alternatives.

The first alternative possible strap came from a UK fellow on ebay, he sells straps for a very reasonable price, lots of colors available, reasonable, although not high, quality .. here is such a strap

I then went for custom made by MartuLeather .. much better !
Here are two examples

It is fact that for any watch, the choice of the strap (or bracelet) is of paramount importance for the end result .. to enhance the quality and the beauty of the watch. The Dynamic in that regard is no exception .. leaving the door open for lots of searches .. the fun of the hobby !

My search for the Dynamic watch is not completed yet as I am looking for another dial for the bullseye model.. a dark one that is .. I found Omega has a dial that I like, but cost is prohibitive (to me), but that’s another story !
Thank you for your attention,

My favorite face on pea green Corfam - my first vintage watch. A bit of a beater but I love it. The sweep is ever so slightly bent. Very early 1968. I wish this face had also gone in a more traditional case too -

Very nice dial ..! That’ s what I would like to find .. but Omega have quoted 280.€ just to supply a plain dial like yours .. actually a blue one .. very nice but I found the cost too high .. pity !

This green is incredible. I would love to see it with my pea green Corfam strap - now that would be a watch.
