hi, first time buyer here. have seen this really nice looking example on ebay, and from what i can tell it looks pretty good; nice sharp edges & lugs and the dial looks pretty original. however i am not a professional or experienced so it would be good to get some other opinions-especially with the movement etc. or if anyone knows anything about the model, however i expect it’s just the one of the usual unnamed from the time.
hope you can help
thanks

Looks good, from what I can see.
Caliber 260, if my memory is correct from1995, this shold be an excellent running u it.
Stainless steel case, is not water resitant.
Looks like it could use a cleaning. I have seen alot more damaged watches.
Dial, maybe original. A genuine dial will have SWISS at the 6 O'clock FYI
Although, I don't know when the Swiss objected to refinished dials putting Swiss on them.
But always inspect that on the dial if looking for original dials.

Please don't start multiple threads to ask questions about the same watch. Imagine if everyone did this.

The 260 is from 1949-1950. This was the first sub second 26x and the 30T2 was produced up until 1948. The watch and dial both look good to me. I have a 9k gold Dennison case 260 from around the same time as the one posted here.

Early 40's was 30T2. The 260 was a renamed version that began production in 1949.
