An obvious fake for sale on a Swiss site (reported). Or perhaps I should say " SVISS" site?

WatchCo is selling off a fake SM300 dial as a "rare prototype" dial :whipped: They really do or should know better than that.
Besides the obvious and normal tell tales as "stubbies" on the dial etc., the dial-back is a clear giveaway. Feet positions (what's left of them) does not fit a cal. 552 and there is no number engraving etc. Should be 68*552 (BT dial).
Take care and be aware.

Auctioned dial-back on the left and a correct one on the right

Brought you by eBay, one of the worst pieces of junk I've seen recently.

“Very good condition some wear to the back and crown please note not original movement” No shit!

OK, one more just for the description alone.

"Great Mint Condition. Works perfectly fine. Minimal scratches on a face. Few mark on a back due to improper opening. Could be cleaned up even more."

Looks like the clever re-dialer took his inspiration from this 1920s travel clock....

I'm surprised it wasn't advertised as "Genuine Omega Constellation from the 1920s" 😁
